Our Story
One of its kind, Frescano is a fish brand of choice for many Filipinos in the United States. Known as “bangus” in the Philippines, it is a type of milkfish known as a breakfast of choice in a Filipino household, also a mouthwatering choice for both lunch and dinner. Frescano is produced boneless, ready to heat/cook, available in marinated, fish belly and smoked forms.
Frescano Bonuan-milkfish hails from our deep partnership with the farmers & processors in Dagupan, Pangasinan, which sanctions Ramar Foods to be involved in the cultivation of the bangus–from choosing the eggs while embryos through nurturing them to their succulent stage– processed and packaged the day it’s caught.
