Ingredients
  

  • Picadillo prepared as above
  • 3 plantains saging na saba, sliced and fried
  • Eggs fried sunny side up
  • 1 tbsp Spanish paprika
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • Rice

Instructions
 

  • Mix raisins and paprika into the prepared Picadillo.
  • Serve Picadillo over rice, pressing into a bowl for shape if desired.
  • Top with fried egg and serve plantains on the side.
