Embotido Sliders with Cracked Pepper Bacon Dressing on Mini Pandesal
Ingredients
- 2 loaves Embotido sliced intro 1/2 inch portions
Dressing
- 1/2 lb bacon cook crispy, chopped and set aside
- 1 cup dill pickle chipped
- 1 cup tomato, catsup
- 1 cup mayonnaise

- mix all together
Preparation Instructions
- 1 dozen mini pandesal rolls, split in half but don’t cut all the way through.
- Add one slice of embotido then one table spoon of dressing and serve.
