Longsilog: The Breakfast Classic

Ingredients
  

  • Magnolia Skinless Vigan Longanisa
  • 2 cups cooked rice cold
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • Eggs fried sunny side up or scrambled
  • Salt pepper, and oil

Instructions
 

  • Brown the Vigan Longanisa in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  • To make sinangag, sauté garlic in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add rice, sprinkle water, and stir fry. Season with salt to taste.
  • Fry eggs as desired.
  • Plate with longanisa, sinangag, and eggs. Serve with tomato salad or banana ketchup.
