- 1 pack Magnolia Skinless Vigan Longanisa crumbled
- 2 potatoes diced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables peas, carrots, corn
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- Garlic salt, pepper, and oil
