  • 1 pack Magnolia Skinless Vigan Longanisa crumbled
  • 2 potatoes diced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables peas, carrots, corn
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Garlic salt, pepper, and oil

Instructions
 

  • Sauté garlic and onion in oil until fragrant. Add crumbled longanisa and cook until browned.
