Ingredients
- 4 red bell peppers tops removed, seeds discarded
- Picadillo prepared as above
- 2 eggs beaten
- Spring onions and cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Fill bell peppers with Picadillo and top with beaten egg.
- Fry peppers, open side down, until golden brown.
- Garnish with spring onions and cilantro before serving.
