Rellenong Bell Pepper: A Festive Treat
Make any meal special with these vibrant, stuffed bell peppers packed with bold flavors.
- 4 red bell peppers tops removed, seeds discarded
- Picadillo prepared as above
- 2 eggs beaten
- Spring onions and cilantro for garnish
Fill bell peppers with Picadillo and top with beaten egg.
Fry peppers, open side down, until golden brown.
Garnish with spring onions and cilantro before serving.
