Defrosted, grilled, and julienned

Baby spinach

Medium red onion

roasted pine nuts
Calamansi, Soy & Thai Basil Viniagrette

Manila Gold® Pure Calamansi

cup
white wine vinegar

garlic

Parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste

vegetable oil

soy sauce

Thai Basil

Instructions
Calamansi, Soy & Thai Basil Viniagrette
Mix all ingredients together in a blender
Preparation Instructions
Sauté the Chicken Tocino, tomatoes and onions. Bring to simmer then set the heat to low.
Add the vinaigrette dressing as desired.
Add the spinach, roasted pine nuts and feta cheese.
Heat for 1 minute. Serve.
